- Used for more than 1000 years in Chinese medicine for its detoxifying properties, bamboo leaves, treated by gentle steam distillation, make it possible to obtain bamboo hydrosol (called Take haidorozoru in Japan).
This hydrosol can be used pure or in preparations designed to moisturize and soften the skin.
For the artisanal manufacture of soaps, it can very advantageously replace the water used and make particularly popular soaps for the face and body. The silica it contains makes it particularly effective for dry and delicate skin. Regenerates and mineralizes brittle or damaged hair. Restores the tone of tired, saggy and wrinkled skin.
One or two sprays of the hydrosol on the face provide immediate well-being, followed by a smoothing and silky effect on the skin.
Store the vial preferably in a cool place and away from light.
